Step one to a beautiful, unforgettable wedding: Use one of the biggest cultural hubs in Brisbane as your venue. Step two: there is no step two!!
Naomi and Tyrone certainly went all out for their wedding in the heart of Southbank @ the Queensland Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA). The settings were beautiful and the terrace overlooked the the best Brisbane skyline view I personally have ever played a wedding to! This alfresco wedding was complimented by a in house artist who painted a piece that the bride and groom could take home to remember this day forever.
After tying the knot their guests were invited to garden bound, riverside canapés where Chris kept them entertained with a selection of RnB to cool Jazz!! Some of the children there even drew him a picture on some napkins. I think they may have a been a little smitten with him because they were the top dancers of the whole night, front and centre and didn’t miss a beat!
Before long the party had been moved upstairs to the Mezzanine on one of GOMA’s Balconies, Overlooking the heart of Brisbane’s CBD and Riverside living! The REDTIE 4 piece band (Duo vocals and guitar, Sax and Drums) were told that this wedding needed some groove to it so Chris and Jazz played RnB from First dance – Let’s Get Married by Jagged Edge to last song – Pony by Ginuwine.
From start to finish this celebration exploded with love! You really got the vibe that this was a tight knit group of friends and family and they were all there to toast the happy couple!
You all showed us the time of our lives! We were so honoured to be a part of this beautiful day! We absolutely loved playing for you all!
To the happy couple! ??
